Kell Brook is the real deal - I think the guy is the best prospect in British boxing (if we can still call him a prospect). Power in both hands, he's got great speed, he's unorthodox - just need to see what his chin's like when he gets tested, which this next bloke is unlikely to do.

Brook stops Mick Jennings when they meet I think

Going from domestic level to someone like Cotto would be too big a jump at this stage - he doesn't need to risk getting battered at this stage.

what about a fight against hatton? hatton will struggle big time to get to 140, i would fancy kell against him and hatton would be a great name to have on his resume

After this fight against Bienias which I expect him to win within three, i'd like him to face Jennings, and then go for the European title.
Winning this fight does not make him Pac's mandatory - the fight has been billed as 'an eliminator' - not as a final eliminator.
As regards the other touted opponents, Cotto is fighting Foreman for the WBA light-middle strap, and the Decarie/Mbaye fight is for the 'interim' WBA welterweight title. Even though they've already got two champs at the weight.
