No, but then I'm assuming there wasn't a gun to Brook's head when it came to him offering to fight GGG either. Brook may actually accept a fight with Eubank Jr at 160 or 168 if he's offered enough money to do so. The Khan fight really should've happened while Brook was still IBF champion, after the Jo Jo Dan fight (his first fight back after getting knifed) and before getting his orbital bone fractured against Golovkin, when a potential Khan vs Brook fight was worth significantly more. The only value Khan vs Brook now holds is a decent payday for both fighters, and nothing more.
The khan fight is well past its sell by date. One fight i wanted to see for a long time but have no interest in it now. Both need to retire. I certainly won't b paying for it.
Pointless fight. Years too late. Felt for Kell as he never got the fight. Both are shot to ribbons but Khan probably wins as Kell cannot make 147 safely. Wish Brook had of got the chance to iron him out when he was in his prime, was very very good
Maybe you are right. Both boxers are well past the last sale date and if they are to sell maximum in relation to PPV then Sky is probably the right place to be.
