Better combinations as opposed to what?
They were the same combinations..........and I fail to see how you can call a one two, a combination.
The difference here is that Rubio got hit with them, whereas a slick fighter/boxer would use lateral movement and footwork, slip them and counter.
Nothing was different.

 

And where in my post did I say the part in bold. Read what I wrote instead of the **** your crack addled mind makes up. Pavlik ****ing toyed with Rubio for 8 rounds. Live with it.

 

Yeah I agree about showing no signs of progression. Curious to see who he fights next and how he does. Abraham is the logical fight after he fights one more tuneup/defense. They should give Pavlik another fight like this and then match him with Abraham.

 

Look like a punk to me. Now whether or not you **** you mother as you say, I wouldn't know anything about that. You do seem to have some serious hate going on towards Pavlik though. I watched the fight and he won every round and was dominant and impressive. Maybe if he looked more like you, you might consider giving him credit.

 

We've heard that before in October 2005, July 2006, January 2007, June 2007, September 2007, and February 2008.

 

Early rounds he led with more hooks, improved footwork in cutting off the ring.

He was toying with Rubio. He didn't want to send the crowd home too early.

 

I particularly liked the long lead left hooks to the head followed by the left hook to the body. He also used a better short hook and used it more often. And, more lead rights to the body than I've seen in quite awhile. Kelly also did a very good job of beating up Rubio's arms and shoulders. In the 6th when Kelly stood in front of Rubio with his hands at chest hieght and smiled while Rubio teed off on him was kind of funny.

 

The reason people are insulting you is because your commentary makes it obvious that you're an idiot.

 

HE WAS FIGHTING A POTATO SACK so of course everything he did the SAME looked good on a lessor fighter than a Winky Wright, or Paul Williams.
Or dare I say Bernard Hopkins?

You must look at the caliber of his opposition before you can say OH HE LOOKED MUCH IMPROVED.
He didn't.
