His comments in his recent interview about not fighting Haye if he gets beat by Vitali also seemed really strange. Well, tell him to go back to hoops, because you need to have power @ heavyweight. And with 8 ko's in 21 wins fighting his level of opp shows me he's a self promoter. But he's not winning any titles
yeah i've seen two fights of his. imo he does have power when he commits because he's very fast and has legit size and is athletic, but he likes to box his way to a victory and rarely goes for much power at all. he did show some good pop versus seldon (though it's hard to tell how much seldon wanted to stay in that fight or if seldon has any punch resistance at this stage) and landed some good shots. johnson appears to be an enigma with a lot of talent and a lot of talk but it remains to be seen how he will do with good comp (again although seldon looked to be incredible shape for 41 u can't say he is good 'comp'). kingpin is not '****' though as the original poster suggests
Why are you idiots so hopped up on power. Look at Zuri Lawrence, he has beat McLine, Sosnowski,etc with no ko's. Do you complain that a hitter in baseball does not hit a homerun every at bat. Same principle. Deal with the fact that KINGPIN can beat anybody in the HW Division with one hand
