This is off Steve Kim's twitter, think he trains at the wildcard aswell : The latest rumor is that Amir Khan may have signed on with Golden Boy Promotions.

He was meant to be in talks with them and Top Rank. Highly possible.

Maidana is also promoted by GBP but it'd be **** funny if Warren wins the purse bid for that fight :yep

this is a natural progression .i think khan is in for a shock in the states ,there is no way he is popular enoguh over there to headline show and may have to go back to supportig slotes for a while

I thinks it's obvious he's about to leave Warren now so it don't surprise me. Warren has even been coming out with his usual.... he'll be making a big mistake if he does etc.... it's almost becoming a ritual for all of Warrens fighters who become big name world champions to leave him high and dry.

Hatton vs Khan it is then.

Yeah they should put him in two or maybe 1 undercard fight(s) then build the headliner up, only if khan does succeed in those bouts.

How many other fighters does Roach train who are signed to GBP?

Then why would Team Khan add friction by joining GBP? Then again, its money..

If he has signed, I think he will be the headliner in the bill. Khan has been looking At Top Rank And GBP and I believe Golden Boy definetly gave him a good offer. ODH has always been interested in Khan.
