Did he not do it because he couldn’t be bothered or does he just have to train differently as he gets older? I only question his commitment if it’s the former.
I can't see this lasting past 8 rounds, but if it goes the distance I certainly wouldn't bet against Khan taking it, he's only lost on points once and that was a robbery against Peterson.
It wasn't a robbery at all lol. It was a close fight which Peterson edged even without the point deductions imo. Add in the rightful point deductions for Khan pushing Peterson about 100 times because he has no inside game whatsoever and it was a very fair win for Peterson, Khan got given a knockdown also that wasn't a knockdown. and Khan has had very close points wins over Maidana, Algieri and Julio Diaz that could have gone either way.
Opinions, I beg to differ, I thought the deductions were harsh and I think Khan did enough to win. That's by the by now though, he's up against it against Bud but I think he stands a chance because he still has something about him.
Khan earning a minimum of $5m for this compared to Crawford's $5.5m. However it ends for him it's been a decent bit of business.

Why would you keep going on about a close fight ****ing years later!! There's no way in a million years it was a 'robbery' , many people scored it to Peterson, there was numerous rounds were Peterson was whooping khans ass. Ive watched Froch-Kessler 1 ..3 times and all 3 times I gave it to Froch. Yet you don't see Froch and his fans moaning about it years later. He lost. Get over it.
I scored the fight for Peterson also If anything Khan vs Diaz should be scrutinised a lot more. I definitely remember the hometown decision being at play there. Also let's not even talk about Limmond vs Khan which was a 100% KO win for Limmond
