Thurman v Khan would have been a better fight, but then again I would fully expect Thurman to beat him, so he is fighting the non puncher who got beat of Brooks victim Shawn Porter instead

I think this is very possible considering the egotistical bollox that he is currently spewing. And he has just slagged off Roach, well above his station.

I try to like him, but then I hear quotes like today on the Skysports website "My goals are to fight the biggest names in boxing. After Alexander, there are names like Mayweather and Pacquiao getting thrown at me. It's all about fighting at that elite level of boxing" No one is throwing those names at you mate. Just you going on about it constantly.

Mayweather will probably offer him the fight if he beats Alexander to be fair.

    I know, its pathetic.

Tough crowd. A lot of people want to see Khan fight Mayweather, and Floyd himself included him in a poll of who he should fight next (which he won). Its not like he's plucking his name out of thin air. You cant dislike him for wanting to fight the best.

I think khan 'wanting the tough challenges' is bull****. He's admitted before that he didn't want to fight maidana and was basically forced into it. He's too obsessed with being a celebrity, hope he loses this weekend.

    "best for himself" yes.

    No.
    For money.
Exactly like anybody who earns a fortune for doing something utterly irrelevant.
