    For f**k sake, there's nothing wrong with not wanting to take on Maidana next. Everybody's ignoring the fact that Khan at just 23 year old, is still relatively green. In fact, he shouldn't even be holding a belt just yet. I'm not gonna grudge him for putting off the best of the 140 division until he's ready in 12 months time.

    Paulie for a first fight in US, is a decent test

    Yes, next means 'next after Maidana'. I thought that was obvious as the Malignaggi fight is already upcoming.

    yes there is, he is meant to be world champion, he should not be turning down the likes of maidana.

    At the end of the day if he is old enough to be world champion, he is old enough to fight the world's best.
