Really don't know what to make of this, on one hand he's potentially fighting a dangerous big puncher which you'd have to give him credit for, on the other hand he could be fighting an opponent whose lost to algieri, lost to bradley and matthysee, with no head movement or defence what so ever. Thoughts?

    Very good fight.

    Ruslan brings power and aggression.

    All wrong for khan.

Way better than Mosley so hope it happens

    Pathetic fight.

He's not a 147 fighter at all. It's why he's gone back down to LWW.

The china-chinned con man strikes again.

Khan HAS to step it up after this fight.

Kell, Thurman, Bradley or Manny. He is trying to avoid the punchers.

He's trying to drag up another 140 fighter to 147. It really is beyond a joke. If he doesn't want to fight at WW then don't. Nobody is forcing him to but to keep avoiding legit competition in his division is beyond embarrassing at this point. How is guy coming off multiple losses in the weight class below having "bigger fish to fry" than a dust up with world title holder Kell Brook in a massive domestic blockbuster?

Khan will box Prov's head off and then get KO'd!

Funnily enough the Brook fight might be easier to be made then, albeit some of the hype around it will be gone.

Why is Kell trying to fight a 140lber in Khan eh?

My point is you keep banging on khan fighting 140lbers yet he has spent most his career at that weight. Khan is a 140lbers fighting at 147 lbs.

If you give khan **** for fighting 140lbers why don't you to Brook for chasing a smaller Khan?

How long as Khan been campaigning at welterweight? His last 4 fights have been over 140. What on earth will he gain from fighting Ruslan at 147 at this point?

If he was taking on Thurman, Bradley etc. then fair enough but Khan isn't. And I've given Brook major **** for the Gavin fight - Dan was a mando - but there was no excuse for that BS. His run of defences improves with Chavez but he should be chasing the divisions bigger names too. Khan don't want it but talks like he does and that p*sses me off.

Yes Khan is ducking Brook. No question about.

His wait to get the mayweather fight has backfired massively.

I just don't get this fighting smaller guys nonsense when khan is a 140lber fighting at 147lbs

    Agreed on 66% of this.

Well he was always considered quite big at the weight and made a big deal about being too big for it after the Garcia loss. He looks like a decent size WW so people treat him as such. If he serious about operating in that division then he needs to start taking on the top guys in it.

The use of being weight drained as an excuse has always been there.

Compare Khan to Brook and he looks like a starving African child....
