Warren has absolutely no leverage whatsoever in this relationship anymore.

A bit from a couple of weeks ago:

    http://news.boxrec.com/news/2009/am...-hes-contract-free-his-own-promotions-company

No contract, no nothing other than past history. It's all very well and good saying 'look how much money Warren made for Hatton, Calzaghe, etc...' Look what happened to Joe in the end - Sports Network went into receivership, avoided paying Joe what a High Court said was rightly his; Warren just set up another company (I know he says he's a creditor of SN too...but when you're the head honcho of a company, it's often your responsibility it goes tits up).

Amir should do what he wants to do and I can't see Roach and Warren agreeing on a way forward. Who will he listen to then?

The sad thing about this is sooner or later you will be right...Khan may well be 55-4 at the time but you will still sit there smugly thinking that you were right all along...Well done Nostradamus :deal

If Warren and Roach do collide then I expect Khan to go with Roach.... and rightly so.

It's Warrens fault more than any other that Khan no longer has an '0' on his record. He just wants to use him as a cash cow rather than see him progress as a fighter.

Roach already been through some bullshyt with pacman and Murad Muhammad..that got quite nasty, there was a stage when Roach gave pac an option - to stay with Murad or to keep him as his trainer and adviser for future bouts, then getting a new promoter..the rest was history!

Can you see Roach starting his own promotional company, with young fighters like Khan and Rigondeaux, he coudl do well, but its the stress of that and training may take its toll, especially with his ill health and all

I did notice something in the SkySports post fight interview, when they asked Warren "will the next fight be in America" and Warren replied "I don't know blah blah blah" (giving off the vibe that he would prefer to fight in England for another 100 years) - And then they asked Khan about his future plans, and he said something like "I WILL be fighting in America" - in a disagreement to what Frank seems to want !!

He should split up from Frank, coz hes just hassle

I thought there was some noticeable friction between Warren and Khan in the post fight interview. Can't see it lasting long. He will go the same way as Hatton, probably quite soon too.

Khan wont be leaving warren soon, that i can guarantee, theyll be working together to conquer the states. Khan knows warren can get the fights he crave and warren knows khan wont budge neither will roach, but u think warren believes in khan so hell take the gamble

    Simple qestion for you all.
Who within Khan Promotions has a licence to Promote ?
Who within Kham Promotions has any pulling power whatsover with the sanctioning bodies ?
Fact - for now - Khan needs Warra.
No other major Promotor will work "in association with" Khan Promotions.
    Warra will.
Look for a member of the Khan crew to be applying for a licence shortly.

Khan has his good old mate Roach in the corner, plus with Arum and DelaHoya constantly hovering around Wildcard gym after his signature, he has all the pulling power he needs. He could possibly do a Hayemaker type deal.
