i have long-standing knee issues which i mitigate with diet, insoles, cryotherapy and as little impact as possible, but would be lying if i said i was never tempted with a "quick fix". after all, i'll be injected with a steroid on friday to hopefully cure nerve damage in my foot.
source yourself some DECA/Nandralone...it will help your knees no end... whereas what Kid G has been caught for 'winstrol' is actually notorious for causing joint pain which would not be advised for the likes of you

he really aint that big in real life though....he may look big compared with 9 or 10 stone fighters in the ring .. also roids are not illegal in this country as far as im aware for personal use
