    I want to pick Grant to beat Adamek soo bad ! But im already picking a major upset this month (Corley/Maidana) and I cant afford to fall behind :think

    At this point i would think that Grant is more likely to beat Adamek than Corley is to beat Maidana. It all depends on Grants mental state...he has the physical tools (and a great trainer) to be able to pull off the upset but, does he finally have the proper mentality? I just think that Corley is simply too shot and shopworn at this point to last against Maidana....Corley isn't the same fighter that he was 6-7 years ago.

    Your right Corley isn't the same fighter he used to be, but I just think Maidana is overrated and if you get past the first few rounds (He does have lots of power so he will have his moments early) I think any good boxer will expose his flaws. I know Maidana beat Ortiz, but Ortiz tried to brawl with him and you don't brawl with someone that has that much power. Corley is too smart for that and plus he's a slickster, he'll be sticking and moving all night long :bbb

    The same way Cayo was? The only reason Ortiz had any sort of success was because of his own power...had he not had that he would've been hammered out much sooner. You need a chin and counter puncher type style to beat Maidana...Corley doesnt have the chin. Chop Chop don't got the Chops anymore. Maidana will smash him within 4.
