There are some minor details and inconsistencies that may nag at you if you're obsessive compulsive like me: no referee (unless you can recline comfortably enough to get a foot up there between them - which gets very cumbersome), and the glaring issue of going bare-tipped...which is easily remeded if you are the artsy crafts type and want to make yourself tiny gloves. Gun shields are Damn near impossible unless you actually cut your wrist and jam a small piece of plastic in the wound - not recommended.

Think about this......... A set schedule of fights where everyone fights at the same time, with the same group of fights determining the outcome. You have set rankings to start, much as they are now. You then follow a blueprint with all the WBK fights having a predetermined result in terms of the rankings. I think this might work....... The players...... (Just using 15 as a hypothetical) CHAMP #1 #2 #3 #4 #5 #6 #7 #8 #9 #10 #11 #12 Unranked Unranked Unranked The matchups...... .................................. Result Rank...................Rank of Winner.........Rank of Loser Champ vs #1...............CHAMP..............#4 #2 vs #3.......................#1.................#6 #4 vs #5.......................#2.................#8 #6 vs #7.......................#3.................#9 #8 vs #9.......................#5.................#12 #10 vs unranked.............#7................ unranked #11 vs unranked.............#10...............unranked #12 vs unranked.............#11...............unranked The above would be the results every time. There would always be 3 routes INTO the rankings from unranked players. It would ensure movement in the rankings, both up and down. But not bury anyone unless they lose a bunch in a row. Even unranked guys can work their way into a title shot by winning 4 fights in a row. Lots of turnover, lots of fun. If you wanted to incorporate a voluntary defense into the mix, you simply have the champ pick from the top 5 and we can work out a chart for that. Thoughts?
