    :yep

Didn't expect Eto to be that dominant that he'd actually get away with the victory :good

Yeah neither did I. It's pretty tough to win a decision in Thai, but Eto was pretty dominate in the 2nd half of the fight. A nice little upset to kick the week/night off. :yep

People acting surprised about Eto? :think

He fought close with Boonsom and laid Denchailek out cold. Obviously a tough little nut.

Yes, Porpramook had greater experience (lots more, and higher quality) but look at his past habits. He brawled with El Confesor both times and paid the price in the rematch - and perhaps only emerged victorious at home in their first encounter due to less-acclimated Hernandez suffering from the oppressive heat. That wasn't an isolated case of him being stopped, either - Skinny's brother did it even after being ruined by Arce the year before, and Pinoy trial horse Allan Ranada blitzed him back when he was green.

When you have two warriors in the lower weight divisions, forget experience. Favor the a) younger guy and/or b) the one who hasn't been stopped numerous times. Double whammy in this case.

BTW, I really can't wait to watch that one. I set my alarm relatively early for Ambunda vs. Kameda (no regrets, it was OK) but probably should have been up right at the crack of dawn for the card in Thailand...

My gut said it would be a war, but that's just so little sleep to get in the middle of the week... :-((

I felt asleep at Ambunda-Kameda. Disappointed on the Namibian.

He started out really well, surprisingly looked to be the heavier puncher in the match-up, but he simply didn't have as many dimensions to his game as Kameda.

Tomoki was too fleet of hand and foot. Ambunda only had limited success lunging in with shots and couldn't march fast enough, but never tried heading Kameda off with sidesteps and couldn't anticipate where he would be.

Looked like he didnt knew how to cut the ring, and couldn't keep with Kameda footwork.

    Kameda was an 11/10 underdog?!?!
