HBO tripleheader starts with Seldin vs Ulysse. Douglas vs O’Sullivan is after that.

Yeah I do, Saunders has underrated pop, and with Lemieux coming forward the entire fight, I think Saunders will do enough damage along the way, to get a gassing Lemieux in the later rounds.

I ****ed up...Went with Seldin mostly operating on the false pretense that @Drinquor and @KiwiMan went with Ulysses Jr and only went the other way as a last ditch effort to move up in the rankings. Oh well... Not like it matters anyways at this point.

In case anyone is wondering (which I doubt, but still) if it ever seems that I am an active member of the forum towards the end of the year, and the beginning of the year, but then dissapear a bit more in the summer. Its because my father asked me a few years ago to watch over his house while hes in retirement. He spends 6 months here, and 6 months (give or take) in the Philippines. He usually leaves around Nov (left a bit later this year) and gets back around May (give or take a month), so anyways, when hes gone I have full access to the computer room which allows me to get on the forum from a computer.... when hes here, I only have access from my phone (which is annoying to use on here for me)

So anyways, he has left back out of the country again until summer so I will be a regular again for a bit  part of me wants to just say hell with it and buy a separate computer for when he is here but eh... we will see.

Wasn't a change. That's what I had intended to go with all along. Hindsight is 20/20 but the logic to go with it was pretty sound. I thought Saunders would do enough to win(in his usual close but clear fashion) but get shafted by the judges. See that 117-111 card? Absurd. Now imagine if DL won 3-4 clear rounds.

Yeah I think everyone was aware that BJS might get Shafted on the cards if it wasn't completely wide I can see where your coming from with the coasting, it's the same sort of thing DeGale has a bad habit of doing

Yeah don't regret it at all, and was pleasantly surprised of the performance Saunders turned in - a masterclass and easily the best of his career. I do however regret my Seldin pick which I only went with due to mistakenly thinking the two in front with me had gone with Ulysse Jr. had I gotten that fight right I was going switch with O'Sullivan and continue to roll the dice in a mad-kamikaze attempt to reach 1st place before the years end.... Oh well! Would have been in vain anyways because at best I'd have gone 2-1 which would have mitigated the momentum earned tonight to a mere point.
