How many Stanley Cups do the Blues have...??? Remember in 2012, we were the 8th seed and limped into the playoffs, only to stun the #1 ranked Blues, the #2 ranked Canucks and the #4 ranked Coyotes, then demolish the East's #2 New Jersey Devils en route to winning our first Stanley Cup (Ya know that trophy that the Blues have yet to hoist over their head)...!!!

Oh...gee...the ole how many cups/championships/trophies does your team have comeback...How original, "remember 2012?"...Barely...!!! That was 5 years ago, I have a hard time remembering 5 minutes ago! Just take your sad comeback and realize your team is worse in the standings than the Blues, despite the Blues playing with a line's worth of AHL callups, plus Stastny was hurt last night so make that 4 AHL forwards for the Blues. LA is as irrelevant and has as much chance to win a cup this year or in the recent future as St. Louis does, Chicago or some East team will win this year and the next few. But LA did win a couple championships years back...just like Philly in the NHL, or the Cubs in MLB (until last year of course when they broke their 100 year + drought) so that means... stuff... somehow... today...

I just got back from ATL airport, was in Cleveland all week,and traffic was FKed
I got to go back to that POS Monday morning for a 930AM flight back to Denver
I need a nap before the fights kick off tonight

 

Wanna talk about an AHL lineup...??? How about our starting goaltender, Peter Budaj...!!! 2 Years in the AHL, including one year where he was winless, 0-9-6 with an .888 save percentage in 19 games...!!! And don't get em started on Zatkoff (he sucks)

We have been without Jonathan Quick since the 2nd period of the opening night game...and many experts said we would be lucky, it would be a miracle if we won 15-20 games while Quick was out...!!!

Then we have a defense consisting of Paul Ladue (AHL), Muzzin (sucks), Greene (always injured), Martinez (good but limited) and our line up is filled with guys like Clifford, Nolan, King, Setoguchi...4 guys that belong in the AHL...!!!
