It's the same idea as don't ask don't tell. No one's lobbying to punish people for online gambling, I've been doing it for years and moved a lot of money through different banking institutions and never had a single issue. You're way more likely to get pinched for jaywalking than online gambling, all the hub bub about someone actually being criminally charged for internet gambling is overblown. As far as I know no one has ever been prosecuted for gambling online in the United States, ever.
Another comparison, you're more likely to get in trouble illegally downloading music than you are gambling online, and that itself is damn near a "getting hit by a meteor" level of probability.

Yo @PinoyProdigy I'm going to start keeping my own alternate rankings without all the superfluous pomp and circumstance with the records, and just boil it down to the picks, its gotten to the point where even in 2 updates I can't fit all the picks in with the myriad of different color schemes and fonts mucking up the works. So you can do the official records updates, and I'll have mine to keep track of the picks and for a stripped down visual reference point.
