How do you figure? Whitaker fought everyone while they were in their prime including ATG's Nelson, Chavez, DLH (in his prime) and Trinidad (one of his 2 legitimate loses) when Whitaker was done. Jose Luis Ramirez twice, He smoked a very good possible Hall of Famer in Haugen, same with McGirt (twice), Vasquez, Wifredo Rivera (twice.) Floyd didn't fight anyone great close to their prime, he definitely never fought a killer and HoF'er like Felix who was in his prime like Pea did at 35 after he had been inactive for 2 years. Sorry Floyd's resume is not better
