Don't believe the media, actually watch the trial, the whole damn thing is on youtube...!!! I was doing criminal justice when the trial was taking place, and I also grew up in California so I know how the cops are out there...!!!
I've watched bits and parts of it, not the entire thing. Too many hours man. I just refuse to believe that the cops would go that out of their way to frame him, and we've had people claim that OJ admitted it himself to a minister.
To Rosey Grier, and what did Grier say...??? he said OJ NEVER said that, and Rosey also said if OJ did confess to him, he would go to the rightful person (police, D.A. ,etc) and let them know...!!!
I'm referring to the security guard who overheard Grier talking to Simpson, he claimed that he overheard Simpson saying something to the effect of, "I didn't mean to do it, I'm sorry"
Think about the glove Fuhrman "found" the glove that was in the hot California heat for 7 hours, yet he finds it wet with blood...??? The same glove that the first detective said was at the crime scene...funny that Brad Roberts never testified in the trial, huh...??? Fuhrman was seen wearing a suit jacket at the crime scene, but at OJ's place he had no suit jacket on, and when asked about his jacket he claimed he donated it to a charity...!!! Maybe its because he put the glove in the inner pocket and planted it, just like he claimed to do on the infamous Fuhrman tapes from 10 years prior talking about another "black suspect" he framed...!!!
That was the conversation with Grier, who already released the audio of him and OJ talking in the jail...!!! OJ never said it, but the media only kept playing the alleged confession aspect
That was shady, but OJ also never testified in court, which imo is a huge black mark in this case, if he was truly innocent, why did he not testify at all? If it was me, or many other innocent men, they would testify, no? There of course will be excuses for this, but there's no way that someone innocent would be scared to testify.
You never put a defendant in the hot seat to be cross examined by the prosecution...!!! That is lawyering 101
Would certainly help his case a whole lot more and clear his name with absolutely no questions if he was truly truly innocent. Obviously it wouldn't be smart to put yourself in that kind of vulnerable position, but a truly innocent man would use that to his advantage and dispel any argument the prosecution might have.
Yeah but lawyers know how to ask questions that make you sound like a vicious animal even if you're not...!!!
As long as you speak the truth and nothing but the truth, IMO ofc, there's nothing much the other lawyer can do. And plus, if the other lawyer tries to suggest guilt without proper evidence, your own lawyer could object.
