    u shud go for superantispyware free edition is better than both those softwares and is free, try the critical point scan!

    if you made a restore point on your computer, like recently you can system restore your computer to an earlier point like last week for example, anything you have will be removed scans can remove most but not all virus's big ben tip!

    osiris that's a malware virus? system restore doesn't affect document's etc , so it depends but any programs you have that got messed up will be fixed, big ben tip! try superanti spyware first
