I called 239 Wlad, 248 Thompson so not bad...and good weights for both guys, nice to see.

 

Anyone calling the upset?

 

I see in this that Thompson will try to press the fight while Wlad will try to use speed, agility, and lateral movement to box and then finally when the opportunity arises, KO his challenger. Should be another WLad victory barring any blunder whatever act of God.

 

I agree. Wlad's excellent lateral movement should be on full display
Saturday. He will outbox the underated Thompson in the early rounds
and press for a K.O. come round 5 or 6 due to the unjustified criticism
of his magnificent defensive display and methodical beatdown over the
clever southpaw Sultan. 241lbs. is a great weight for Wlad; Manny
is keeping him away from the barbells.

 

I will pick the upset that Thompson goes the distance and may give Wlad fits a few times. It's pretty hard to bet against Wlad these days though.. what do you think?
