On HBO. I thought it was surprisingly good. I was hooked right at the story about Vitali hiding a live landmine under his dad's bed.

    1) "My brother was born a fighter, I had to become one" - Wlad

    2) "Vitali is like stone, Wladimir is like clay. You can mold Wladimir, but he is easier to break." - PERFECT quote.

me thinks you added that last bit on..considering he was reffering to vitali taking abit longer to get the grasp of things than his younger brother..

"Vitali is made of stone and Wladimir is made of clay. When I taught Vitali something new, it would take a while for him to perfect the move. Carving stone takes time. Wladimir was easier to mold, but he would weather more quickly."

Pretty accurate quote he just shortened it.

I love sports documentaries but this one is great, they have an interesting story.

Great interviews from past opponents like Brewster and Byrd and Lennox

Great footage and behind the scenes stuff

only saw the first half of the movie but what I saw was great

I really want to watch facing Ali next the trailer looked phenomenal

That was an excellent documentary. Interesting that their father was one of the soldiers that had to clean up Chernobyl. And it eventually caught up with him.

Yeah it's actually a very accurate description of them!

I'm definitely gonna have to find this documentary somewhere.

Very good Documentary. I was tripping on the part where Don King try to sell'em on that classical piano bit. But ended up just back-firing when a very observant Vitali saw the scam.

Not one you've got to be a fan of the brothers (either) to enjoy, I don't think. Boxing fans in general should find it interesting. It's amazing how completely differently the Peter I fight is viewed now. In retrospect, it's like Peter, crude, wide-swinging, overrated power, little meaning on Volo's resume. But, at the time, it was a huge hurdle for Volo to get past. Peter was earmarked for something by the boxing media. For Volo, it was proving himself. It was redemption. It was becoming the top heavyweight in the world. And it was knife-cutting tension for the whole camp, there. I also like Lennox trying to hold in that shite-eating grin as he does that "Some said that-I think it was me that said..."
