    Yeah well,

    I am working on a paper about training and diets trough times and ages and I want to use Klitschko as a example of todays training and diet

    His diet consists of heavy cans like Rahman,Thompson,blind cans like Brwster and completely stinky cans like Austin.
    Also jelly because it makes his chin more like jelly.

    Guys like Holyfield and Wlad who stay in shape, have more liberty with their diets. I dont think Wlad varies too much from his regular diet in training. He is a disciplined guy.

    Ahhh........NO.
    I'm sure you can find it on the internet or in some youtube videos.There must be some because there was a lot of talk when Holy went HW from CW with plenty of videos showing him lift weights,etc.
     
  10. There's a poster on this website called "CHEF" - he is the chef to Klitschko. You can't get better information than straight from the horses mouth! Look him up and send him a private message.

    What I know cuz I read in some magazine about Wladimir is that he prefers to swim instead of running for hiss stamina because running affects his joints.

    I have similar problems with weightlifting, it's good, but it hurts my joints.
