Klitschko training + diet?

    Yes,I do some lifting myself and I can't bench press as much as I used to cuz my wrist kills me.

    Chef,

    Can you help me out.

    I am studying History and I am working on a paper called: Boxing training and diets trough times and ages.

    What I want to know is what Klitscho w/v daily training routine looks like.
    How late do they get up, how far do they run, how many reps of weightlifting do they do, how many rounds of sparring, what do they eat and at what times, etc?
