    Cheers for that mate. :good

Nice little show that, probably doesn't get the viewers it deserves because of the time it is on on a morning.

it used to be pretty informative and used to have kotv classics which brought some pretty good footage. but mate......they repeat the same ali-foreman, tyson-berbick, benn-barkley fights ALL THE TIME.

but the best show on terrestrial by far.

TBH, ive not seen it in a quite a while. just there was a column about it in the newspaper(the scotsman..?) the other day, bigging it up, reminded me of the show. they must have a limited budget, especially since it gets such a **** time slot

Yeah, I v+ this every week. Dont watch it so much for the 'gold' section, more for the obscure asian/latin american fights that they tend to show on their 'fight of the week' section. Granted they tend to be from about 4 months ago, but they still have decent scraps on with fighters that I wouldnt otherwise see. Worth the watch for that alone in my opinion.

I watch the show still, it's been around for years now. Putting it on in the early hours of the morning is a bit of a joke though. Why not put it on, on a sunday mroning just before the T4 show starts?

    :good BANG
exactly something that i really like. rare fights that i would never see. may not be highly regarded title wise even domestically but seen some great fights.

the best one i have seen is between 2 south african super middles called luyolo katiya - mzukiseni lengesi. t in early 2007 whcih was a 2 round affair which was incredible.

2 super middlewieghts with only 8 fight between them. lengesi storms foreward with wild haymakers and looping hooks and uppercuts while katiya who uses his jab and right hand to keep him at bay. lengesi come in with a big left hook and katiya sickens him with a 1-1-2 on the chin. lengesi gets slams into the floor. he gets up with a horrificly broken nose with blood absolutely everywhere, and stands in the center of the ring. katiya comes in to clean up shop with a rigth ha......bang a overhand right onto katiya's chin makes him slam face first into the floor. now he is all over the place legs and arms doing there own thing. he barely gets up.
it ends the round with lengsei beatign him into the ropes.

next round and katiya is still uneasy on his feet is very slow to compensate. lengesi is landing with the overhand right on 5 occasions katiya is all over the place. he takes a step back just as lengesi starts to throw his signature punch th eoverhand right. katiya takes a mini step back and lands the best single left jab i have ever seen which sparks him out cold. slumps to the floor gum shield blood splashing all over the place as soon as that left hand landed.

had it on my old phone which i used to play if was waiting for something.

i prolly rose tint it but it was ****ing RAW....
