Roman Gonzales will get the push now thanks to 3 imbecile judges. Ward won't be considered it that's for sure.
I like Sergey, he did better than anyone against Ward and could've got the nod, and vice versa. He's an excellent boxer and deserves a rematch.
I pretty much already decided that I was going to keep Roman as #1 before the match and after the match this just cemented it lol. I also think Golovkin is a level above Kov now.
Yet if he got the decision he was due, it wouldn't have been a question in the minds of most. You're right though, his perception is damaged now thanks to that. Ward's isn't improved either, but Golovkin & Gonzalez benefit. Funny old sport boxing.
