We saw last night that Kovalev has trouble with counter-punchers. How does he do against Chilemba, who's a fast, awkward counter-puncher?

    What trouble?

Do you realize how many committing power punches Kovalev throws? He actually doesn't get countered that often for his volume of power punches.

All we saw last night was Kovalev prying open a clam over 7 rounds. Agnew landed maybe 5 decent punches.

Agnew isnt even a counter puncher but was countering Kovalev consistently. An elite counter puncher with tremendous power and speed like Stevenson would KO him.

Chilemba would give him a hard fight but id pick Sergey to stop him late

Yeah, those 5 punches per round Agnew landed really exposed some things.

if you mean Kovalev had trouble piercing Agnew's high and tight guard, then yes, he had trouble with that

Chilemba was down and hurt against Vlasov. Imagine what Kovalev would do to him.

Chilemba went 1-1 with Tony Belly. Pretty sure Kovalev would have no problem putting that guy away.

if that was "trouble" then Floyd had "trouble" with almost every single fighter he shared the ring with. Going a couple of rounds and dominating from round 2 on doesn't exactly spell "trouble".
