who is the harder puncher out of these 2? if you asked 10 people walking down the street and they saw both men standing there, all 10 would say lacy. but if you watched fights, it is different, in my opinion. I think pavlik hits harder, what do yuo guys think?

The shortest distance between 2 points is a straight line. In boxing, its also the most dangerous. Lacy round houses his punching, wasting all that power in all those muscles of his.

Pavlik, with his size, has the advantage in 2 major areas...LEVERAGE & TECHNIQUE.

KP may be one of the top 3 KO punches in the world today.

    Who has Lacy KO'ed lately?

    Hope that anwsers your question.:!:

Johnny Lewis once said that you have to respect Mundine's power.

Lacy never knocked anybody real good out with one punch. He never gets anybody right on the chin either, he usually just clubs you on the side of the head. Pavlik.

And many times on the back of the head, too. Not intentional, I don't think. Just poor technique.

Wrong. A straight line doesn't ensure power. If you watch guys measuring punching power they will always use hooks, as it enables you to put your entire body behind it, and use full body torque. Lacy throws his hooks with enormous power, more so then Pavlik. Pavlik's workrate however means he is more effective for the most part in landing consistently. Put Pavlik in there with Calzaghe and we will see who he has knocked out of late. Lacy hasn't fought in ages, and was injured badly in his last fight, so to ask who he has KO'd lately is a stupid point. You are measuring strictly power here not ability to land, and Lacy's hooks are devestating.
