leg workout

    Any body knw any good leg work out cuz when i box my leg start to get weak after 3 rounds and im 15yr 117 and im about 5-9 5-10

    Don't bother with isolation exercises like leg extensions and leg curls and focus on compound movements.

    You can try the following with or without weights: lunges, squats, split squats, step-ups, single leg squats, jump squats.

    The ones above are quad dominant, so you can work on your hamstrings with deadlifts, goodmornings, and hamstring raises.

    Or you could simply do hill sprints and climb lots and lots of stairs.

    Since your legs get tired from boxing, boxing appears to work your legs well enough.

    Bodyweight squats in high numbers, sled pushing or pulling, skipping rope and just plain boxing/sparring.

    high number of bodyweight weight squats while maintaining your boxing stance.

    Split Sqauts....

    When i used to go the gym, i used to swear by split sqauts.

    And single leg work.

    I just thought it was more productive for sprinting.
