People always say you gotta point the lead foot forward etc and balance with the back leg. But Vitali actually made a living out of doing it the best way. Completely side on.. but he doesn't have Naseem angles.. Vitali is the epitome of textbook. Side on is good for tall boxers landing forward and going down. Whilst moving forwards 'or' backwards etc. You just don't really associate angles with a forward punch going in a downward motion.

He was on his ass against Sanders, he was on his ass on the stool when he quit against Byrd and although he wasnt down against Lewis, he had half of his face hanging. The rest of opposition....well utter shite sums them up Yes but Ali had to come back and face the likes of Foremand and Frazier. Tyson had to contend with Holyfield and Lewis.
