Lenny Zappa!

Hey guys, Lenny Zappa was meant to fight tonight at Campbelltown as an undercard fight to Rob Medley, if I'm not mistaken. Does anyone know the result to this fight, I'm pretty sure he was scheduled to fight Ray Anton Orlate.

Thanks T.C.W. Very surprised, thought Zappa would knock him out early on, Orlate has been knocked out by a few other Aussies already. Did Zappa fight well?

Olarte was moving the **** out the way from Zappa lol and entilligently so! Zappa loads up with too many telegraphed punches...

 

Olartes southpaw style was a bit of problem for Lenny as Zap didn't throw the left hand as much. A good learning curve for Zappa.

Nothing wrong with going 8 rds.

Olartes had an injured left hand which made things a bit tough as well.

 

Yep...Ray is a very awkward fighter as well...Browne and action Jackson failed to stop him.

 

Olarte was so southpaw he's was nearly sideways.

I don't understand why Billy didn't have him fight on one of the One HD cards, lenny is the exact type of guy they need headlining on TV with his style, instead of guys that won't really go beyond domestic level.

 

Zap next on the Fox card in Aug. Then it looks like a US debut on the Dawson v Johnson card in Nov.
