Light middle really is a mess.

Yeah it's too messed up to rank really. Dzinziruk could be number 1 because he's probably had the best wins there but Cotto is the best in my opinion.

Dzinziruk hasn't really beat anyone that good though. More longevity than anything.

Its kind of a shame Martinez moved up. Theres 10 good fights at Light Middle, only a few at Middle.

Cotto needs to face Alverez... but he'll probably face the winner of Rhodes-Angulo first though. Margarito or Williams would be nice in the meantime.

Hopefully in a year there will be a clear number one.

the first of the big names to fight eachother, the winner will be no.1

It looks like that will be Cotto vs Margorito.

I hope Cotto hurts the dirty cheat Margorito so bad he has to retire and then we can forget about him.

I agree but I think Margarito has a bad style for Cotto and beats him again.

Yep, I like Cotto but he's clearly lost a step over the last couple of years and even if he hadn't Margo is still a tricky matchup style-wise for him.

yep, the fight at 154 favours Margo even more aswell. the fight he put up with pacquiao, despite being a lil 1 sided, he was still there all the way, hes got no quit in him.

The more i think about it the only reason Margorito lost to mosley was because of the controversy before the fight. u cant say that didnt have a big efeect mentally in Margarito's head.
