Leonard by light years. Too much of everything for lil' Floyd.

Leonard essentially dominated Benitez, one of his best performances.. Wilfred whilst maybe not being as good as Mayweather, is pretty damn close, a different fighter and probably actually looked better at 147.

I dont think Floyd threatens Ray at all really.

Leonard fought Benitez with more caution than was necessary but always had the fight under control. I will say that Radar definitely won the stare down and may have psyched SRL a bit.

Mayweather is a great fighter but SRL matches his speed, has the height advantage, great chin, better offense, better resume.

SRL over PBF by clear UD.

There are 3 welters in history against whom PBF would have no chance whatsoever: SRR, SRL, and Tommy Hearns.

In truth we do not even know how floyd would do against todays top welters because he consistenly refuses to fight any of them.

    I agree..
As good as Floyd looked on Sat. Those top tier WW's of the 80's were incredible & SRR's legend speaks for itself.

    I'd pick Leonard 10/10 times.
Where the **** is the time machine @.

These are not good match-ups for Floyd b/c he is too small for these dudes. His prime was not at Welterweight.

Another thing you have to realize is that Benitez wasn't very active in there with Leonard. He chose to sit back and try and set traps which essentially cost him rounds. Floyd is similar as he doesn't have a high work rate (@ 147 anyways) and like Benitez often set's traps on the ropes, baiting the left side to counter with right hands. This would cost him against a fast, athletic guy like Leonard who may also opt not engage Floyd while he's on the ropes forcing him to come in, like he did against Benitez in the later rounds.

Contrary to belief it would be a competitive fight, maybe a tactical classic.

No, he is not prime at 147, and yet we have 2 threads where he fights Pavlik, one where he fights BHop, and one where he fights Haglar.

Are you starting to understand how I feel when that ****er "Pavlik is Champ" comes around?

Of course we all agree. Now Ring Master is another story. He's actually a good poster, but he's also a quick witted slippery little ****, and it's very hard to pin him down in a pissin' match.
