I wouldn't be worried, he didn't break his hand. It just became very swollen because he punched Piri's forehead with an awkward angle for the wrist. He gets marks easily.
lots of Thai fighters have great chins and have stayed in fights long after their chance to win has passed... maybe this fighter is a very good example of the above statement
