Yes. Loughran had an amazing jab and was very good at turning larger opponents, which is why he was able to beat guys like Baer, Campolo, Gross, Schaaf, and Impelleriere despite giving up a lot of size. Wilder’s size and big right hand wouldn’t be anything new to Loughran.
