louis vs simon II.....

    after watching several times it seems to me simon was up at nine and in good shape. so why did the ref stop it?

    In good shape? He had been a punching bag for 5 rounds and was knocked down with the very first punch Louis threw in the 6th.

    i realize that but he wasnt close to being kod when the ref stopped it. ive seen a lot of fighters take way more punishment than that ask jake lamotta how many beatings he took and it wasnt stopped.

    Jake also didn't hit the canvas numerous times like Abe Simon did.
