stretch. do it every other day so that ur body can rest itself for a lil bit. another thing to try is to do a few back strength exercises once a week or something. try to walk and sit w/ a good posture so that ur back is used to it because being slouched hurts ur whole body. last thing to try, make sure ur wearin ur pants fairly around ur waste, not sagging. i heard about how that can mess up ur back n stuff, who knows though.

Stretch. A lot. Do 'cats and dogs' (google it if you're not sure what it is) and do supermans to strengthen it. I injured my lower back pretty bad several years ago and stretching has helped me more than anything.

It might be that you do a ton of abs and no back exercises. Try strengthening your back but see a doctor first.

A visit to a good chiropractor every now and then can really do wonders, man. I was having some trouble up around my lower neck about a year and a half ago. Every once in a while all the muscles there would just freeze up and I wouldn't have any mobility in my neck for a couple days. Started seeing a chiropractor, a crack here, a snap there, and I was feeling much better. I go see him every couple months or so just to shake the rust out. I agree with the others, see a doctor, and then incorporate some more back work into your workouts.

It could be that you are exercising like crazy then driving back home which might be a long way. Sitting down in a car can aggravate your lower back nerves after working out real hard. If you have back pain I do not recommend stretching since that could aggravate the problem. I recommend practicing good ergonomics for the back. Google back ergonomics and lay off of boxing for a week. Seems like hitting the bag is also making the problem worse.
