ive seen 1 of his fights some prelim bout and he didnt look so hot to me

luevano is battle-tested and has engaged in some wars (cook, santiago) and i dont understand the people who think hes boring, hes a pretty entertaining small fighter with technical skill and instincts to engage when he has to... granted he was in one of the worst fights of the year against billy dib but come on that was dibs fault, dib fights like a girl

I've seen both of them fight.

Luevano is 5'7 and Concepcion is 5'4".

Concepcion stays in the pocket that's why I'm predicting Luevano by K.O. Stoppage due to accumulation of punches.

Concepcion has looked bad in his last 4 of 5 fights, against journyman and bums. Penalosa was basically schooling him in that exhibition match not too long ago and Gerry didnt even look like he was giving 50%.

Its almost safe to say Bernabe isnt going anywhere to the elite level.

I got Concepcion late tkO lucky punch..Concepcion seems slower and will be walking into a few.But if he works the body and accurate in the wild exhange he might land one big punch to hurt Luevano.

Luevano by KO. Concepcion tends to relax a lot. he aint ready for a fight like this.

Luevano is a great technical fighter, and I think he will beat Concepcion by decision.
