Any word on this guy? He hasn't fought since 2009...his last fight was against some scrub but before that he was arguably robbed against Berto...he's a solid fighter & i'd like to see him in action again soon

He was one of my favorites when he was active. A damn shame his career is going like this at the moment. Hope he can see a return to 147 soon. I would love to see him get a chance at a rematch with Berto, a fight with Clottey would be nice too, I think he could beat both of them if he had a regular fight schedule so he wasnt so rusty.

Robberies against Hatton, Berto have ruined his career.

3 replies in and we get a Hatton comment

    HE LOST CLEARLY!!!

    115-112 get over it

He also lost to Berto convincingly

Collazo isn't world class, he is just a stepping stone to a world title and that's all he ever will be

He lost the first 7 rounds against Hatton with a knockdown . He came on strong in the last 5 and nearly stopped Hatton , but it is a 12 round fight!!!

Call it how you want to call or see it how you want to see it....Collazo is a very talented Boxer with VERY GOOD SKILL. He Boxed well against very well against a green inexperienced Berto, catching him with some good shots....BUT AT TIMES, COLLAZO COMPLETELY SCHOOLED A ELITE-LEVEL UNDEFEATED HATTON. It was a knockdown early in the fight that gave Hatton a 10-8 round that was the difference in the fight. However, I thought the ref missed a Knockdown in the last round that would have gave Collazo a 10-8 round....AND HATTON WAS SERIOUSLY HURT.

Schooled....Absolutely, At times. I posted Part 6 to show that Hatton was hurt in round 12. I am not sure if you were aware but Parts 1 thru 5 didn't have round 12:-(. AT TIMES Hatton was getting popped big-time. There is NO denying that he was Hurt in round 12. And he did an ungodly amount of holding in the fight (just like all his fights actually). But it's obvious that you only want to insult the poster. So good luck with that!!!

Nobody wants to fight the guy. He has been trouble for all of his opponents and I still feel that the Mosley fight would have been different if Callazo didn't break his hand in the second round.
