Thought this little bleeder would pass us by. The more i think about this fight the more i'm stuck on whos going to prevail.Macklin looked very average last time out. Was anyone impressed with macklin ? I know mack thinks its an easy fight, i dont...

No wasn't impressed to be honest. I did wonder if Macklin let himself go in build up once he knew Barker wasn't his opponent. Other then that he wasn't impressive i agree.

Me too. Macklin was very poor on the mag7 bill. But I have always thought it's a comfortable points win for Barker!!!

Yeah but one poor performance isn't a whole career. Didn't Barker apprently look crap in his last fight?

Barker was not on top form last time out either...:yep

As the saying goes that styles make fights and I think that as long as Barker does not drawn in to fight Macklin's fight, he has the boxing brain and condition to win this fight on a decent points margin...:yep

I think he will box Macklin on the outside and counter him everytime he goes to load up...:yep

yeh that news means nothing Barker was always going to be mandatory. Barker might not be ready and Macklin might give up the belt.

I think Barker wins but neither win a world title.

Macklin is another one of those who fights down to the level of his opponent.

I can't really see Macklin waiting around for Barker tbh.
