HBO actually could do a relative low-budget Super Featherweight Tourney featuring Humberto Soto, Jorge Linares, Robert Guerrero, Chris John, Yuriorkis Gamboa and Steven Luevano. ALL of them fought at least once or are regular guests on HBO, they wouldn't ask for too much money, a huge amount of fans would be involved (Mexicans, Mexican-Americans, Cubans, Indonesians... Americans) to produce great ratings and packed arenas and the winner could be REALLY big.
Again, terrific. If this SMW tourney does work out and is a hit (I see no reason why it wont) it'll surely open the door for the format to be tried out in other divisions.
