Malinaggi as his first defence of the 140lbs title should he win it would be a joy. Paulie would be a very competant boxing comentator, but his punching technique sucks.
1.Paulie is a very difficult person to outpoint paulie is difficult to outpoint (he has never lost on points). He has a style where he hits and doesn't get hit -thereby winning on points... 2. I think that the Malignaggi who fought Miguell Cotto Beats Hatton 10 times out of 10 Hatton before his Maussa fight- before he fought outside of the UK - would not have beaten Malignaggi with the same performance that he showed against Cotto, who any day of the week whips Hatton's ass by early KO. 3. Again, I say, if he fights like he did in the Cotto fight, he wins UD against Pac or Hatton. I did say he beats Pac or Hatton by UD - upon reflection I can't say for certain that Malignaggi would win by a wide margin- and it may be the contrary against Pac... but Malignaggi's style is tricky for any fighter when he is on point. And that fight would have been different against Hatton if it were in 2006 So before you go riding off into the British sunset on America's cliche western endings... how about we get off of Hatton's nuts and actually make some points that aren't so easy to denounce...
