Talking with Sky Sports recently, "The Magic Man," said the fans want to see action, and that they don't get it when a fighter is insistent on holding at every opportunity.

Do i need to say more?

I think he trained for a wrestling match and forgot he was boxing... :yep

On a serious note, i think he wrongly anticipated that Hatton would hold and try to fight on the inside and tried to counter this by going to the hold before hand and catching him before he goes to his inside gameplan...

After he saw that Hatton wasnt gonna grab...he freaked out and decided to cry in his corner (did you see him at the corner? he ****in looked like he wanted to cry...throw a tantrum and ****)

He was the one holding and this is a documented thing if you look at his fights.Doesn't matter now as Hatton won

Absolutely. I never understood why, prior to the fight, he started to complain about hatton holding...the guy is just ridiculous.

The worst one was that Hatton was a clubfighter.

What in the hell does that make him?

Hatton's funniest comment was on his new TV show 'Ricky Speaks'. They were showing clips of him vs Collazo, and the co-host mentioned that Paulie was present during the intro, and at one stage Paulie is in the corner.

Hatton said 'come November 22nd he will think that (being his position at the time) will be the best place for him'

You guys make too much out of pre-fight talk. It's all hype. They say this **** for 2 reasons, to boost their confidence and to generate buzz.

I mean, look at Tarver. That guy talks mad **** all the time, how many times has he "fought" like he talks? A side from one well timed punch.. never.

Well, when a guy is crying one week before the fight that he hopes the referee will not allow holding...and all he does in the fight IS holding. I think it just make him look really stupid.

And when he said he was going to knock Hatton...yes its hype. But everybody know he can't do that! He doesn't even try! So it just sound ridiculous.
