I think that white dude can be his sparring partner for Hatton because of his clinching technique. Look just how Pac tries to hit him in different angles when he is on the inside and in the clinching.
Those sparmates are clinchers, pot shotters and offensive ones. Roach has all the sparmates enough for Hatton I think.
Unbelievable output. A lot of Manny punches have always looked like arm punches to me, as in he doesn't commit the hip and turn his torso with his left hand or plant his feet, but the power he generates is phenomenal so looks must be deceiving. The first guy he spars in part 1 is very good.
Every vid I've ever seen of Manny sparring (other than the recent Khan ones) the guys all look like clinchers, pot shotters. IMO what probably happens is that Manny's volume of punches and agressiveness make all his sparring partners go into survival mode and start clinching and potshotting more than they normally would.
Oh Sh!t, Hatton is :scaredas:. J/K.... the only result is after the fight is over. I thought Oscar was going to take Mannys head off / Jones was going to KO Calzaghee and I was so wrong so no more early prediction. The only prediction is after the fight.

manny looked like a sucker for the left hook, but looked like he was holding back abit. his footwork is his defense and offense. on most of his sparring vids, like someone mentioned, his sparring partners do have a tendency to get into survival mode. who can blame them, he's a beast
