manny's mere footwork and combos wont give him those 8 div titles. This guy has an underrated ring IQ. I'd give him 8 or if not 9.

When you ask a ***** to compare anybody about what Floyd has, everything becomes average or ordinary. That's the bottomline. They don't see any positive attribute with the other guy. Handspeed, Floyd is the best, Footspeed, Floyd is the best, Jail term, Floyd is the best. There's just no way to win an argument against them. It's like asking a rock to liquify. Anyways, in all honestly, Pacquiao wouldn't have won multiple championships with ordinary, footwork, ring iq or anything else. He has the complete package. Other boxers maybe better at other criteria, but Pacquiao has everything better then most.
