However, cotto himself was at 140 one time and don't forget where manny came from I'm in the minority and think cotto is a truly elite fighter and a top, top win especially for manny One of the greatest wins this century. Not sure if cotto could win under better circumstances, maybe, maybe not. But manny was awesome that night Pacquiao is goat level and this win along with barerra 1 and hatton are awesome performances
