It wasn't just his unhealthy pre-fight meal at Mickey's Fish and Chip Shop - it was the fact that his trainer - Enzo Calzaghe - hadn't done the MOT for the Vauxhall People Carrier.

And this meant - that one of the tyres was flat.

So after they left Mickeys - they were late so Enzo was driving fast - and they ran over a speed bump which rocked the Vauxhall People Carrier.

The pie and chips that Enzo had washed down - got churned up in his stomach. This caused his indigestion during the fight.
