why such a mismatch? simon was a decent fighter in that era and could hold his own .he fought a lot of topnotchers and came out on top a few times. i think him and marciano would be a good fight,with marciano catching him in the later rounds.
I dont think this would be vey pretty,similar to Tyson v Sammy Scaff.Abe might hang in there until the later rounds but he takes a pretty onesided pummelling,imo.
Simon was a big guy with a great chin. He might make Rocky work a bit harder than normal, but I can not see Simon winning.
