"sources" estimate it had been used 15 times, how could they tell? they were saying before it was a substance that goes hard as the fight progresses so how could it be re-used once hard? and is it padding or a hard substance, probably both illegal but a big difference.

there's a lot of rumours but until the clear facts are known i'm not going to make any judgement.

It's quite probable that he's done it in the past, as he was already at the top when he did it against Mosley. However, there is no substantial evidence for that and outside of a personal confession, there never will be any evidence for it. The only thing they can book him on is the Mosley fight. And even there it's going to be hard, as there is only eyewitness evidence and i've yet to hear a conclusive report on what REALLY happened to his taping.

What physical evidence is there, to prove without a reasonable doubt, that the knuckle padding or foreign substance has been used inside the ring during a professional fight?
