That's the logical conclusion and i personally think he had the illegal plaster against Miguel, but we can't say with much certainty.

Oh yes he was considered a tune-up when the media questioned why Margarito was fighting him. It was considered a decent stay-active fight which leads to an already signed rematch with Cotto.
